Ms. Gricius joined FSS as a development officer in 2016 to volunteer her unique expertise from serving as an executive for national third party administrators and insurance companies including Kirke-VanOrsdel, Inc, ValueOptions Behavioral Health (now Beacon) and Medco Behavioral Health (now Magellan).   For the past 11 years, she has managed her private consulting firm which  has actively engaged in broad portfolios including providing leadership to payer acquisition and consolidation projects,  strategic planning and  implementation of  the National Provider Identifier (NPI) for the VHA, and Medicare Advantage start up plans among other projects. She  also played  key roles in the startup of third-party administrator and online enrollment companies.
